Virtual Health Connections is launching the 4-Week Gut Health Plan and providing 1X/Week Support Group to encourage this program for improving health and your overall well-being. We have others who are participating with this protocol and we are offering further guidance, recipes, suggestions, education, and support during this 30-day plan. We also revise as/if needed on a one-on-one basis during the support group time as this is to answer questions for participants as well. We offer this support group 1-2x/week for 30-40 minutes each week.
